I processed this image in LR and used PS to remove a person and to clean up the concrete. Used a slow shutter speed to show of the prop blur on the Schnortenzoomer. The small aperture helped me to get a nice starburst of the Cessna. Cropped in LR to get tighter.

This image was entirely edited in LR. I liked the attitude of the plane but the RAW image did not offer me much with respect to color. Only after I worked the greens and blues in LR did I see the potential. I especially like how the sky changes from dark blue upper left to light blue lower right. I brightened up the underside of the plane but I am not sure if I did too much or not.

First I changed the crop from landscape to portrait. I processed the image in LR and used On1 Perfect Photo 9 to add dynamic contrast to the plane only. I cleaned up the smoke in LR and finished it of.

Both background and sky did not have much to offer. However I like this picture because it doubles as a pilots portrait with the sun hitting Warrens face. Everything is in focus and the sun is showing of the full prop disk. I processed the image in LR and used On1 Perfect Photo 9 to add dynamic contrast to the plane only. I used PS to fix the missing black paint on the fuselage. I tried to ad some blue to the sky to make it more interesting. Finally I worked in LR on the green, trying to match the intensity I remember.

I processed the image in LR and used On1 Perfect Photo 9 to add dynamic contrast to the plane only. Because of the difficult light situation I was careful to recover the shadows. I also worked on the background to make it more intense.

I processed the image in LR and used On1 Perfect Photo 9 to add dynamic contrast to the plane only. Removed the cows in PS and added linear motion blur to the background and radial motion blur to the prop blades. Finished in LR
I admit that I was a chicken using a fast shutter speed which limits the prop blur.

I processed the image in LR and used On1 Perfect Photo 9 to add dynamic contrast to the plane only. Then I finished the image in LR. Used a brush to increase white balance on the horizon line to ad yellow and magenta.
